I’ve been under Elizabeth’s care for a year now following an auto accident injury, and the transformation in my health has been nothing short of remarkable. When I first started, I had practically no range of motion and was in constant, severe pain. However, from the very first session I began to see (and feel) a substantial improvement. What sets Elizabeth apart is her gentle and compassionate approach. Unlike previous experiences with other massage therapists that left me sore and in more pain, Elizabeth’s therapy has consistently left me feeling better after each appointment. She not only helped me regain my range of motion but also provided relief from the discomfort I was in. I can’t express enough how much Elizabeth has positively impacted my life since the accident. Her expertise, kindness, and calming demeanor have made a world of difference in my recovery. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking effective and compassionate care. Elizabeth is truly exceptional, and I’m incredibly grateful for her dedicated support – Alexandra K.
Elizabeth is Amazing! Words do not do her justice. Quite simply, she is gifted. Gifted in reading the bodies need and gently working the body into a good place. I have been suffering for a number of years with chronic pain from 3 accidents. I have had PT, Acupuncture, Chiropractic work, Craniosacral work- you name it, I have tried it. There was some temporary relief, but not lasting. After one session with Elizabeth, the results gave me real hope. After the 3rd visit, I felt like I could dance all night. I can actually bend over and pick something up off the floor. I have a long way to go, but I see a path. -Sharron B.
Elizabeth has such a calming presence and her magic hands can communicate with the body in ways others can’t. I’ve been seeing her for lymphatic support and cranial sacral therapy while in treatment for toxic mold, MCAS, and SIBO. I always feel better after being in Elizabeth’s care. – Amy S
“When I first arrived at Elizabeth’s office, I knew nothing about Ortho-Bionomy or craniosacral therapy. She was very honest about the first experience of this practice describing it as “ordering vanilla ice cream and getting chocolate”, meaning that it is nothing like what I might expect after experiencing body work, like a massage, for example.
I worked with Elizabeth for a year after a car accident and she helped to heal me and teach me how to heal myself. It was truly an enlightening experience to work with someone with such integrity, insight and kindness. I recommend her to all that I encounter who have the need for realignment, guidance and balance.”

“I had an automobile accident and had to have a double cervical fusion. I asked Elizabeth if she might perhaps be able to help me maintain the range of motion and mobility of my neck after surgery. (So many people I know who have had neck fusions have lost much of their flexibility and range of motion.) Elizabeth felt she could help, got permission from my surgeon, and we gave it a try.
“What can I say?! Even my neurosurgeon cannot believe the results. In fact, it is supposed to be impossible for a cervical double fusion to allow for the range of motion I have – which by the way is complete!
“There was no need for me to move my neck while she worked (The surgeon would not have allowed movement after surgery anyway). There was no pain. Ortho-Bionomy is painless. As Elizabeth would say, if it hurts, we needs to change what we are doing. In any event, I have continued to use Elizabeth on a regular basis since that time. My profession keeps me tied to my desk for hours at a time. Even though I have everything ergonomically situated, there is still a price to be paid in my muscles and joints for what I do. I go to Elizabeth for, as I call it, preventive maintenance. Many times I can even feel my body compensate and ease tensions or pains on its own. There are any number of modalities that people use to reduce pain, muscle tension, etc, but for me, Elizabeth and Ortho-Bionomy are THE answer.
“I cannot recommend her too highly. Her knowledge of the field is truly impressive and extensive, and she has the ability to use that great depth of knowledge to find the technique necessary to help whatever I need, at any given time. She also seems to have fingers that can sense where the problems are without my saying anything. As a research scientist, that is a difficult thing for me to say, but I do indeed feel it is true. Thank you, Elizabeth, for all the pain-free days, weeks, months, and years you have provided for me!”

“I have received Craniosacral therapy and Ortho-Bionomy for years. I benefited from Elizabeth’s dedication to her craft. She continuously seeks additional training and I have personally benefited from that training. I have come to depend upon Elizabeth’s sessions as a way to keep myself sane with the crazy schedule I keep.” – R.Steiner
